Personal History

Bill was born and raised in Polk County, attended Florida State University and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Spanish. He participated in FSU’s inaugural exchange program in Costa Rica in 1980 and 1981 and is fluent in Spanish. He became a vice president and commercial banker with a national bank, a financial officer with a regional construction and trucking company, and the vice president of a leading fluid technology company. He has dealt with and analyzed various business and legal issues in these roles. This background and experience inform his law practice and deliver quality legal services for every client.
